Huawei P10 Plus Review
Huawei is a famous company which has marketed both entry-level and flagship smartphones to fit all types of pocket. Giving continuity to the same trend, Huawei, recently in April, released it’s another smartphone, Huawei P10 Plus, another flagship smartphone in the P Series lineup.
The Huawei P10 Plus has been manufactured in the identical body design of its predecessor, the P9. The front part of the smartphone features a 2.5D curved glass which makes it scratch proof along with giving a classy look. The device is also made up of metal unibody which ensures it durability. The device somehow feels like carrying an iPhone because of the light weight and thinness.
Speaking about the physical appearance, the P10 Plus features an earpiece at the top of the screen accompanied with front facing camera and sensors. The physical home button can be located at the bottom of the screen. The company, this time, has placed the fingerprint at the front instead of the rear part.
The Huawei P10 Plus has been provided with USB 2.0, Type-C reversible connector at the bottom of its body and is accompanied with an earphone port, a microphone and a speaker. The speaker is loud and clear that lets you to hear everything clearly. The smartphone possesses volume keys and power key at the right side and a hybrid SIM card slot can be found on the left side.
Coming towards screen, the Huawei P10 Plus comes with 5.5 inches IPS-NEO LCD capacitive touchscreen with the resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. However, the younger brother of the P10 Plus, the P10 comes with only 1080p resolution screen. The screen is bright and the color reproduction is correct. The colors are vibrant, and well saturated.
Huawei ships P10 Plus running with Android 7.0 Nougat and soon may get the 8.0 Oreo update. The smartphone also comes with HiSilicon Kirin 960 chipset which makes your device faster. The smartphone is clocked with Octa-core (4 x 2.4 GHz Cortex-A73 and 4 x 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU and Mali-G71 MP8 GPU. The device lets you to play your favorite games in without any issue of lagging.
The Huawei P10 Plus is sported with Dual 20 MP + 12 MP cameras. The cameras come up with larger aperture of f/1.8 that lets you to take pictures with high depth of field and helps you in the lowlight condition. The primary also acquires features like phase detection and laser autofocus that help you to do more with your camera. The main camera also shoots 4k videos and full HD videos.
Moving towards the front camera, the P10 Plus is equipped with 8 MP front facing camera. The front camera also acquires large aperture of f/1.9 which gives you satisfying images.
