Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro Review

Micromax manufactured and marketed both Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro and the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 on the same date, June 2016. However, both devices are different from each other in many terms. Anyway, today we will analyze only one smartphone from the twin and the device is Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro.

The Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro, unlike high-end devices like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and others, comprises of full plastic body. However, the device receives aluminum framework. The rear panel, despites of being plastic, features metallic finish look which makes it look classy. However, the device is not featured by a gorilla glass at the front.

The device, as other smartphones, features an earpiece, a front facing camera and different sensors at the top bezels and also features the capacitive home button, recent app button and back button at the screen. Moreover, the device acquires the primary camera supported by a LED flashlight, Micromax branding, a fingerprint sensor and speaker grille at the back.

The device features an earphone port at the topmost part. The device carries the volume adjusting keys and a power button below it on the right-hand side. Nothing is visible at the left-hand side. The device, further, equips a primary mic and a micro USB port at the bottom. The SIM card slots and microSD card slot is featured under the back panel.

Furthermore, the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro is furnished with 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The device features the HD screen of 720 x 1280 pixels resolution with ~294 ppi pixels density display screen. The screen, however, has not good color production. The viewing angles are also not so attractive.

Besides, Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro operates Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. The device, further, is functioned by Spreadtrum SC9832 chipset, Quad-Core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU. Further, the device is comes with 16 GB of internal memory and 2 GB of RAM. The device features a microSD card which can be expanded up to 32 GB.

Moreover, the device carries 8 MP, autofocus camera and single LED flashlight at its back. The rear camera obtains many features to shoot pictures in different way. The main camera also helps out to shoot full HD videos at 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The device, further, acquires 5 MP of front facing camera which is capable of shooting perfect self-portraits.

Furthermore, the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro is boosted with powerful 3900 mAh battery. However, the battery is non-removable. The battery also lacks fast charging functionality. Nevertheless, the battery is good and is usable for a day with 100% charge.
