Laljodi songs being recorded

Recordings of songs are taking place currently of movie Laljodi which is the second directorial job of media person Lakshman Subedi. Song titled Dukha le bacheko xu… ghiti ghiti bacheko xu was recorded in singer Yuvraj Chaulagain’s voice at Musician studio situated in Kathmandu. One song of the same movie had already been recorded some time ago where singer Rajesh payal Rai and Manisha Pokhrel have done the playback singing.

Music was composed by Santosh Shrestha for this song which was voiced by Chaulagain, who has become quite busy playback singer in these recent times. Listening to one line of the song gives the feeling that it is of sentimental genre. Renowned musician Santosh, who is famous for providing music for modern and folk songs, has entered into film music for the first time with this song. Song was written by Lakshman Subedi who will also direct the movie which will go on the floor from upcoming new year.

Director Subedi who by directing movie Euta saathi debuted into film direction is not only directing and scripting the movie but also investing in it too. He said that the song was sentimental type which was in accordance with story of the movie thus he penned down the song by himself. Singer Yuvraj said that words in the song are so heart touching so they have recorded the song after days of hard work.

Rameshwor Karki is the cameraman of the movie which will be made under the banner of Dilasha creation. Selection of remaining cast and technician of the movie has come to final stage but information regarding who will play the lead role hasn’t been made public yet. Sushil Pageni has designed the production for the movie. Director Subedi said that movie will be shot in Trishuli and Kathmandu valley.
