Hero Duet Review

The Hero Duet is a budget friendly scooter manufactured by a reputed Indian two wheeler manufacturing company Hero. The Hero Duet is the cousin of the Hero Pleasure as it looks similar to it in various ways. However, there are lots of changes made in the scooter which makes it different than other scooters manufactured by Hero itself and other manufacturers as well.

The Hero Duet, unlike other scooters like Dash and others, features a metal unibody, which can be said as the main attraction of the scooter. Nevertheless, Hero following its tradition, has placed the headlight in the handlebar. Also, the dual toned rear view mirror looks more attractive.

Furthermore, Hero has fitted telescopic hydraulic shock absorber front suspension, and coming to the rear, the scooter features unit swing with spring loaded hydraulic dumper rear suspension. Also, the scooter is powered with air cooled 4 stroke single cylinder OHC 110.9 cc engine capable of producing max power and torque of 8.31 bhp @ 8000 RPM and 8.30 Nm @ 6500 respectively.

Moreover, the scooter features height and length of 1139 mm and 1830 mm respectively. The width of the scooter is 726 mm having the weight of 116 kg. Further, the front wheel maintains the gap of 1245 mm with the rear one and the scooter is 155 mm away from the ground.

Besides, Nepal General Marketing Private Limited has been importing the Hero Duet in Nepal.
