Vespa VXL 125 Review

Piaggio has manufactured and marketed various varieties of Vespa, and following the same trend, Piaggio launched another scooter under the nameplate of Vespa, the Vespa VXL 125. The Vespa VXL is a younger sibling of the Vespa VXL 150.

The Vespa VXL 125, just like other Vespa scooters, is built on the classic body platform. However, the company has given a special design which makes it different than the other variants of Vespa. The Vespa VXL 125 features a rounded headlight, rounded rear viewing glass and a different meter console. The body also receives a different grille. The scooter is also furnished with different seat and the scooter is also featured with unusual seat than other variants. Also, the Vespa VXL 125 is provided with rear handle.

Moreover, the Vespa VXL 125 has got the same height of 1140 mm and same length of 1770 mm as of the Vespa SXL 125 variant. Besides, the scooter is 690 mm wide and the wheelbase of the scooter is also of 1290 mm. Further, the company has equipped the scooter with 3 valve, aluminum cylinder head, overhead cam and Roller rocker arm, MAP sensing and variable spark timing management engine. The particular engine, further, is capable of producing maximum power and torque of 9.90 bhp and 10.60 Nm respectively.
